Head, Course Administration Department to handle classes and examination arrangements;

Head, Personnel Department to advise departments on staff work stoppages and granting special leave;

Head, Centre Administration Department to advise on environmental hygiene and control measures, such as the provision of personal protective equipment, and overall information provision; to carry out any clean up and sealing off of particular areas as necessary;

Head, Customer Services Department to handle general and media enquiries;

Head, Information Technology Department to provide professional advice and support regarding computer systems and remote-site working;

Head, Accounting Department to closely monitor the financial position of the Association.
