Introduction

The HKMA Institute of Advanced Management Development (AMD) invites participation in an experience aimed at informing of the latest approaches to innovative and sustainability planning and practice, working with leading developers and practitioners and engaging with leaders of successful innovative and ESG companies. The balanced mix of lectures, workshops, innovation centres and company visits and interactive sessions with entrepreneurs and highly distinguished speakers will provide special insights and connections of unusual breadth and depth. The programme will be of interest to those in businesses aiming at global growth and success in tomorrow’s world. The focus will be on creative approaches to practical implementation of innovation and sustainability strategies.

The 2024 Programme

The Programme will offer a balanced mix of activities, designed to provide participants with exceptional learning and networking opportunities. Apart from seminars and talks, the itinerary will include visits to innovation centres and companies, as well as cultural activities. A reception and dinner will be held on 15 September to welcome participants, followed by a formal college dinner on 19 September to conclude the programme.

Cultural Activities

Participants will have the unique opportunity to join a guided walking tour of Cambridge, where expert commentary will shed insights into the historical value and conservation efforts of the city’s remarkable architecture and planning. Additional, a delightful punting experience on the serene River Cam, will add a touch of enjoyment to this captivating journey.

Accommodation and Facilities

Accommodation, seminars, and talks will be hosted at Magdalene College, located in the city centre within the University of Cambridge campus. In addition to the Welcome Dinner and Closing Dinner, complimentary breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments will be served throughout the programme.

Programme Fee for Non-HKMA Member:

Group Discount:

HK$3,000 deduction per person for two or more participants enrolling together

The fee is inclusive of accommodation in a college of University of Cambridge, breakfasts and meals as described in the Programme Schedule. Participants are responsible for arranging their return air tickets to and from the UK and round-trip airport transfers.
