If admitted to membership of HKMA Digital Marketing Community in the category which the DMC Executive Committee considers appropriate, I agree to abide by such rules and regulations of the Association as may be laid down by the DMC Executive Committee from time to time. I understand that the DMC Executive Committee may refuse any application and is not bound to state the reasons for doing so.

I shall comply with the HKMA Privacy Policy Statement, the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) and other related regulations which will be changed from time to time. I declare that the data given in support of this application are, to the best of my knowledge, true, accurate and complete.
