The Hotel is the flagship of Green Building with a number of innovative ideas on Energy Optimization Solutions (EOS) and sustainable practices. Its design and construction are "Green" concerned and oriented to sustainability, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere optimization, material and resources consideration, indoor environmental quality performance and control and design innovative. By projection, the Hotel has a 60% overall energy saving and 70% reduction on CO2 emission, compared to other same-scale hotels.
