A.Introduction

Since its establishment in 1960, the Association has the mission to nurture human capital through management education and training at all levels for developing talents for Hong Kong. As such, the Association has developed the Talent Development Fund for executives in financial needs to fulfil their aspiration in pursuing knowledge and upgrading qualifications. Fund will be awarded to non-degree or Bachelor's degree holders whose monthly income are $25,000 or below to study selected diploma and degree programmes. The recipients will receive either $10,000 or $20,000 to assist them in their study of diploma and degree programmes respectively.

B.Programmes

Applicants may choose any one of the following HKMA programmes with the specified intake:

C.Eligibility

All applicants should satisfy the following criteria **:

• - Hong Kong residents
• - Non-degree or Bachelor's degree holders
• - Monthly salary of HK$25,000 or below ***
• - At least 2 years work experience

** Applicants should also satisfy the admission criteria of the respective programme of their choice.
*** Applicants must submit income or salary proof. The Secretariat reserves the right to disqualify applications who do not submit relevant supporting documents.

D.Criteria

All applicants are required to submit a write-up, either in English or Chinese, of at least 300 words on the following topic:

• - Your Future Plan for Career Advancement and Continuing Education

Applications will be assessed on a competitive basis.
