Introduction

This HR/personnel administration course is designed for middle-level personnel executives who are responsible for daily personnel administration and operations.

Upon completion of this certificate course, participants will:

- be fully knowledgeable in drafting references, warning letters, appointment letters, commendation letters and dismissal letters
- have acquired full knowledge of drafting application forms, appointment interview forms, performance appraisal forms
- have understood the need for various forms including those for changing personal data, requesting transfer, and requesting

reference letters
- have a systematic approach in organizing personnel functions
