The Postgraduate Certificate provides students with a relevant and
practical grounding in management, meeting the needs of those who
would like to undertake management studies at a postgraduate level,
but who may not have the necessary qualifications or experience required
to enter into the other programmes. It also provides an ideal opportunity
to commence studies with a less intensive delivery format, while still
studying at in MBA and Masters level.
The
Postgraduate Certificate can be completed in six to nine months
of part-time study. After successful completion of the Postgraduate
Certificate programme, students who meet the relevant entry requirements
and maintain a consistent level of achievement, can apply to articulate
to the Postgraduate Diploma, Master of Management programme and
then to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) if desired.
Students will receive full credit for units already completed. Articulating
in this manner will result in the achievement of multiple qualifications.

Entry Requirements
Applicants for the Postgraduate Certificate in Management are required to have:
1.
a degree from a recognised university or other tertiary institution; and
a minimum of three relevant work experience (e.g. managerial
/ professional)
OR
2.
A minimum of five years relevant work experience (managerial / professional)
supported by evidence of professional attainment
Applicants must be proficient in the English language both written and spoken,
and meet the requirements of the University.
