Historically, crisis management has centered on operational crisis, which means events that threatened to disrupt the operations of an organization. These operational crises also involved a clear threat of potential harm to stakeholders. Typical operational crises would include natural disasters, industrial accidents, transportation accidents, workplace violence, product harm, and management misconduct.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT TODAY IS MORE COMPLICATED

A crisis used to unfold slowly, while today it explodes. News, both real and fake, travels quickly and this means that crisis managers need to react just as quickly. This progressive workshop helps you to deal with the crises in your organization by helping you to understand what happens before, during and after a crisis, linking several key areas:

- Decision-making
- Innovation
- Leadership
- Analysis
- Communications
- Public relations
- Psychology
