With effect from 1 April 2019, CEF subsidy ceiling would be increased from $10,000 to $20,000 per applicant.

Coupled with the fact that Hong Kong has increasingly become more important as an international sourcing, buying and merchandising centre, both purchasing and merchandising functions demand prudent, skillful administration. Since the dollar amounts involved are usually substantial, efficiency and effectiveness in purchasing and merchandising afford opportunities for making important savings, generating vast income or avoiding serious waste and loss. The Association has specifically designed this Purchasing and Merchandising diploma course to provides professional purchasing knowledge for executives.
Programme Structure
This Purchasing and Merchandising diploma course can be completed in ten months. It consists of seven modules, with a diploma to be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
