The year 2010 marks the 50th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Management Association. Since 1960, the Association has grown from a small secretariat of five employees to become the largest private management training provider in Hong Kong. For the past 50 years, we have worked hand-in-hand with industry and trained more than 1.3 million executives through almost 54,000 training programmes. The 50th Anniversary is an important milestone in the development of the Association. To celebrate this Golden Jubilee, we are organizing a series of activities:

The 50th Anniversary Dinner and AAMO Gala Dinner on Monday, 13 September 2010 at the InterContinental Hotel. The Guest of Honour will be Dr the Honourable Donald Tsang, GBM; |

The 2010 HKMA-AAMO (Asian Association of Management Organizations) Conference on Tuesday, 14 and Wednesday, 15 September at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Guest of Honour will be Dr the Honourable Henry Tang Ying-yen, GBM GBS JP; |

A horse-racing event to be held on the evening of Wednesday, 15 September at the Happy Valley Racecourse; |

A publicity campaign entitled "Management Month" which will include advertisements and supplements in the local media, as well as a Souvenir Programme to be distributed at the 50th Anniversary Dinner; |

The 50th Anniversary Scholarship Scheme which will offer 50 scholarships to in-service executives; |

The establishment of the HKMA Alumni Association to reinforce ties with graduates and promote fellowship; and |
