Nominees for OYSA must be born on or after 1996 , verification is required during the interview session on Saturday, 25 April 2026 .
Registration fee (non-refundable) for each nominee is HK$2,000 for HKMA Member and HK$2,800 for Non-Member and the fee should be submitted together with the registration form on or before Friday, 13 February 2026 .
Participation fee (non-refundable) for each nominee is HK$8,200 for HKMA Member and HK$9,000 for Non-Member , and the fee should be paid on or before Friday, 13 March 2026 .
The cheque (made payable to "The Hong Kong Management Association") in the amount of HK$0 being the registration fee for the 2026 DSA Programme will be mailed to : DSA Secretariat, Sales and Marketing Executives Club, The Hong Kong Management Association, 16/F, Tower B, Southmark, 11 Yip Hing Street, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong

Award Policies

Participating nominees shall ensure that all information provided in the application form is true and correct. Any misrepresentation, omission or misleading information given may disqualify the application.
Participating nominees shall provide required assistance to the Secretariat throughout the judging process.
The decision of Panel of Judges is final.
All information and documents supplied by the participating nominees including their identities and application forms during the review of entries are kept confidential and will be used only for the judging of the Award.
All Judges are required to declare in advance to the Award Secretariat any cases or situations which may create any apparent or potential conflict of interest. The Judges in question would be banned from reviewing the entries concerned or handling in any manner the materials submitted by the participating nominees involves.
The winners will be allowed to use the award logo on their stationary, promotional literature and in advertising. In using the Logo, the winners must follow the guidelines provided by the HKMA. Any dispute arising from the right of using Logo, the decision of the HKMA shall be final and binding.
The Award Secretariat may request verification of the data submitted by contestants during the judging process.
The Award Secretariat reserves the right to refuse any nomination without disclosing the reasons.
The awardees will be allowed to enjoy one-year free Associate Membership for The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) and the Sales and Marketing Executives Club (SME Club) in 2026 and to abide by the rules and regulations of the HKMA and SME Club.

Personal Data Collection Statement

The personal data of applicants are collected and kept for purposes of processing the award applications.
The personal data provided in this form will be used by the Association for direct marketing (eg. email, WhatsApp), including special offers, training and education programmes, awards and competitions, membership, alumni, promotional activities and other services and activities that it may arrange.
Applicants wishing for access to and/or correction of personal data may send their written requests to the Association.
