HKMA Talent Development Fund

All applications shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Applicants shall provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in the Application Form and Programme Enrolment Form. Otherwise, HKMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate the application.
2. HKMA may request additional information or documentation in support of the application.
3. As part of the evaluation and selection process, HKMA may provide applicants’ personal information to the sponsors of Talent Development Fund as appropriate.
4. Applicants may not change their chosen programme once they have submitted their Application Form, unless they are advised to do so by HKMA.
5. In case of cancellation of a programme, applicants may choose another programme of equivalent level only, in the list of programmes provided by the Fund.
6. Funds approved or disbursed are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-redeemable for cash or other substitutions.
7. Funds approved or disbursed do not apply to retake, remedial, appeal and/or retention fees.
8. Funds may be disbursed to recipients by instalment. Details will be provided to successful applicants accordingly.
9. Successful applicants must attend the Presentation Ceremony in order to be eligible to receive the approved funds.
10. HKMA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Fund without prior notice.
11. In case of dispute regarding the Fund, HKMA reserves the right to a final decision which is binding.
12. The Fund does not apply to any programme in which the applicant is already enrolled.
13. The Fund cannot be used in conjunction with the Continuing Education Fund (CEF) or any other discount for the same programme.

The personal data of applicants are collected and kept for purposes of processing of applications of course enrolment, course admission, student and member administration, quality assurance, course research and statistical matters; and for enabling us to comply with any applicable procedures such as legal and ordinance obligations; and other purposes directly relating to any of the above. You are required to provide personal data as requested, except for those marked as optional. In the event that you do not provide the information requested, we may not be able to provide you with the above services.
2. Applicants wishing for access to and/or correction of personal data may send their written requests to our Data Protection Officer by email at hkma@hkma.org.hk.
3. For the purposes outlined in point 1 above, the information that we collect about you may be disclosed to third parties, within or outside Hong Kong, including but not limited to: (a) home institution; (b) government, statutory, regulatory and law authorities.
4. The personal data provided in this form will be used by the Association for direct marketing, including special offers, training and education programmes, awards and competitions, membership, alumni, promotional activities and other services and activities that it may arrange.

1. I declare that the information provided in this form and the attached documents is correct and complete. I authorize the Association to obtain information about my public examination results and records of studies from concerned institutions (if necessary).
2. I understand that the information provided in this form and the attached documents will be used in the admission assessment process and that any misrepresentation, omission or misleading information given may disqualify my application for admission and enrolment in the programme.
