Email writing is an integral part of everyday corporate work. This simple task of communicating to colleagues, clients and senior management becomes taxing when tough situations, negative feedbacks and challenging complaints must be dealt with. With this workshop, we aim to learn the different styles and techniques in writing difficult emails, pushing back in reply, explaining problems and requesting changes.
