Visit to Cordis Hong Kong   Tuesday, 15 November 2016           Langham Place, the iconic hotel located at the heart of bustling Mongkok, has been rebranded as Cordis in August 2015. Cordis derives its name from the Latin term of "heart". By paying tribute to this transformed positioning, the new hotel series is built upon a focus on connectivity, heartwarming service and a sense of community.   This is not simply about changing the name. It involved re-designing and renovating their guest rooms and Food & Beverage outlets; building a new brand culture; introducing new products; and fine-tuning their customer service.   With all these transformations, there were challenges on how to upgrade and transform their colleagues to align with their new values, culture and services?
