Hong Kong Management Association

The 2015 HKMA Annual Conference was successfully held on 10 November 2015 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and attracted around 400 senior executives. The Conference brought together prominent business leaders who shared with participants their invaluable insight under the theme of "Enhancing Hong Kong`s Competitiveness Through Innovation".

Mr Alfred Chan BBS, Chairman of the Association in his Welcoming Address pointed out that, "As we enter the age of innovation, innovation is definitely one of the crucial contributors in enhancing Hong Kong`s competitiveness. The objective of the Conference is to explore ways and means that organizations can maintain their growth and competitiveness in the ever-evolving business environment through innovation, creation and accumulation of innovative human capital, and at the same time generate long term values to our society."

In the Closing Address, Mr Y K Pang SBS JP, Chairman, Conference Organizing Committee; and Chief Executive, Hongkong Land Holdings Ltd, believed the discussions at the Conference have been extremely valuable as the speakers have covered many critically important subjects and offered new perspectives to participants on some of the key issues and ideas advancing competitiveness of Hong Kong in the years ahead.
